Here's my equation for the week:
cheetos + movie popcorn + only 1 spin class last week + not enough hydration = 1lb weight gain!!!!!
I'm definitely going to spin 3 times this week and I have been drinking TONS of water. Salt is bad. It is not my friend.

Sad that we know the right things to do, but just can't do them sometimes! I pigged out all weekedn!only thing that saved me was i was weirdly car sick on sun and had toast for dinner!
I agree - when I eat a lot of salt, I tend to bloat. Good plan for next week though!
