And so...........I have two grocery sized bags of rhubarb.  I am quite excited to try something fun with them!  I'm thinking maybe some gelatin jam?  Which I've heard is yummy.  And who doesn't love a good pie???  This crisp looks delicious!  I don't even know, I just know I have to make something with it!  Or freeze some and save it for later.  For some reason, and I don't even know why, liking rhubarb just seems so "grown up" or southern or something kind of romantic to me.
